Shipping & Returns

Hear World will provide a refund (less actual shipping/handling/insurance charges) or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with a product. The item must be:

  • Returned in its original packaging, with all instructions and accessories, and in 100% "like new" condition to receive a refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse to accept a return if this criteria is not met.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for CELL PHONES which are activated and returned.

IMPORTANT: You MUST contact Hear World via e-mail at for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return instructions before you ship it back. 

If an item is defective upon receipt and needs to be exchanged, contact us and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to have the item returned. We will immediately send a replacement upon its return to our warehouse.

If an ordered item is cancelled while in shipment or is refused acceptance on delivery, we will refund the item's cost LESS shipping/handling/insurance charges upon return of the item to Hear World.

EXCLUSIONS to this policy include physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse unless otherwise stated.
