This remote receiver is wireless and plugs into any wall outlet. It picks up the signal from the Hard-wired Fire Bell Transmitter(FB-6672 or FB-6672M) and flashes a lamp or activates any 120V bed shaker which is plugged into it.
Add an additional 120V EXTRA POWER Bed Vibrator for heavy duty vibration (plugs into lamp outlet).
